Checklist for Newly Admitted Premajors
All materials should be submitted to Enrollment Services in GWP102:
- Submit Enrollment Confirmation Fee (ECF) of $100
- Submit Certificate of Immunization Status Form
- Submit Final High School Transcript (if applicable)
- Submit Official Final College Transcript
