Checklist for Newly Admitted Premajors

All materials should be submitted to Enrollment Services in GWP102:

• Submit Enrollment Confirmation Fee (ECF) of $100
• Submit Certificate of Immunization Status Form
• Submit Final High School Transcript (if applicable)
• Submit Official Final College Transcript
